The property is ran down, the property is making repairs so during the day there is wires around, ladders. The rooms are VERY RAN DOWN NEED UPDATING VERY BAD, MOLDY SMELL. The older man working evenings at the front desk NOT FRIENDLY. The advertising says they offer breakfast; and they only give you a bag with a banana, you hurt, tangerine and a bar. They misrepresent what they offer. I will not be staying there anymore. I wouldn’t recommend .

The young man there who checked us in was one of the most personable and helpful people I’ve ever had the pleasure of chatting with!! He gave us our rooms a little early, made sure the two rooms we were given were next door to each other, he gave recommendations for different beaches to visit based on different things we may be looking for, he was so friendly, even the next day he tried to help me find something I needed to season my dinner!!! I would stay here again because of his customer service and genuine personality. Aside from that, the rooms were clean and nice (especially for the low price we paid for two nights!!) and they kindly changed the linens when I asked, due to the kids getting sand everywhere (after going to one of the beaches he recommended 😁) GREAT PLACE

I had an amazing stay there!! I actually had to really find something to say negatively about it. 1. Water pressure in the shower. Water was nice and hot. 2. The size of the tv was a bit small. 3. This is an issue that probably needs fixing. The speed bump coming off California Ave. You can’t see it and it jars the hell outta you if you don’t know it’s there. Other than these 3 things, I had an awesome stay. Will go there again in the future!

The young man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The property is on a main road so you get road noise, but during the night it was minimal, The room is older with older furniture and small tv but the beds were very comfortable and the room spacious with a mini fridge, microwave, small desk and two chairs. The property is at a convenient location and for a night’s stay good. However, there was a power outage for about 30 minutes. It seemed to have been an area wide event, so can’t fault the property for that.
