Staff goes above and beyond to help guests. Every single aspect of the hotel was excellent. We plan to stay there again.

Staff is very friendly and helpful!

The room itself is very clean. Very good staff. Wi-Fi is pretty weak. Has a weird system with the room key. You don’t get a card to enter your room anytime you want, you have to leave your key with reception every time you leave. You have to be a trusting person to be able to do that otherwise take any valuables with you if you can. Showers don’t have hot water. Free Breakfast and they gave me free water. Overall decent experience.

We enjoyed speaking with the staff at the desk who were so friendly. Everything was clean and well air conditioned! Would stay there again!

Clean; great breakfast; central to everything you will want to do in Rome and Samantha, the front desk reception couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again!! Ps. Fresh, needed, cold water for your rooms was a bonus!! Both still and sparkling—no charge!

Beautiful rooms in an adjacent building to the original hotel. Clean, modern. Breakfast was exceptional with plenty of options to enjoy. Entire staff was professional and welcoming.
