I would give zero if I could . The lady with the mustache decided she wanted to kick us out of the pool area after we let all the kids use our floats , and said we was flooding the pool area and said the drains they have wasn’t draining which seems like more of a equipment issue than anything , and called the cops on us so we left very unhappy . We have spent multiple nights there recently and many of other people staying have had issues with her and the staff for negligence. Will not return and hope others won’t either . Disgusting !

Ceiling had patches and roof cracking floor wasn’t finished had a gap between the carpet and hardwood floor they played down beds were not comfortable at all. Needs a very much update. Service was great but rooms need a new look

We happened to come into town during a snow storm that shut the town down and was on a level three. There was minimal staff and others working longer than their shifts but everyone held it together and was so kind and helpful. It’s a slightly older hotel with way too many chemicals in their pool and hot tub but nonetheless our family of five enjoyed ourselves. We would stay here again.

Cold everything and everything was out and it had only been open an hour absolutely awful. Didn’t clean room asked for towels lady said no English and the person we asked never brought them. The worst experience ever

Staff was always kind. The room was spotless, however the picture of the room definately made the suite look bigger than it was. As well as the pull out mattress in the couch was very uncomfortable, no sheets prepared in the room for said mattress and the space around the bed when pulled out was not optimal. I will say though the pool and hot tub are what made the review 4 stars instead of 2. Will I ever stay there again? Yes, I still recommend this location. As an ending heads up to those who are planning to use this location: The TVs are not smart TVs so plan accordingly for any streaming needs you may have.
