Took a few days off to celebrate a friends birthday. We ended up being at this location for three days, and two full nights.
We were both impressed with not just the cleanliness of the hotel, but with staff and amenities as well. Our entire visit we interacted with at least 8 or 9 staff members. Every single one of them providing second to none customer service, as well as professionalism and charm. ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS!!
Our room was spotless. Our linens and towels far softer than my own at home.
We had already planned to start making this adventure a biannual event, prior to arriving. And I for one cannot imagine stsying anywhere other than Comfort Suites!!
Property had weird smell. Like old stagnant water. People that we're not staying at the hotel were coming in to use pool. Employees were congregated in front of building smoking cigarettes and hanging out.
I had an emergency and had to get a last minute room. The young man working the desk that night was so kind & sweet. He showed compassion when I was visibly upset and he was just adorable.
We only stayed one night for business but it was a good experience. Close to the college. Clean room. Clean hotel over all. Well lit parking lot. Very quiet halls. Pool area looked nice. Libby liked very nice and so did the breakfast room although we did not eat breakfast we didn’t have time

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. As soon as we opened the room door we noticed how clean the room was but what really made our stay was how comfortable the bed was.
