Lovely hotel - our room was clean and comfortable and we especially enjoyed the cozy fireplace lobby area (which was extra nice when we were there as it was decorated for Christmas). We have stayed here several times and have always been happy. Having Meijer next door for snacks and forgotten items is also a big plus!!

Walked into a room with trash on the floor and in the trash can and keys on the desk as if someone was in the room. Was able to get a partial refund.. thankful for that at least. The hotel was on the older side and smelled like dust.. Overall not the best experience.
