Very comfortable bed, soft linens and towels. A vending room with all the essentials. Todd was very friendly and welcoming. Great dinner next door. Pet friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Todd was a very amicable receptionist/proprietor. He was quite a charming character! He told us about the restaurants in the area and a little about himself as well. The hotel is very basic, but it’s the only hotel in this small town. Which is fine for usβ€”as we hate the traffic/ crowds/construction of South Lake Tahoe. It’s β€œglamping” without dealing with a tent!

Everything was perfect

Our great memory in markleeville will forever be in our heart. We had a great time. Todd was very kind and very accommodating. I think he's probably the best host I've met. Everyone was so nice in markleville, that was a blessing that made our stay amazing, the room was very clean and adorable, the beds were very comfy. It was all a joy. Except for the bad kitty 😐Thank you Todd, I wish you many beautiful days ahead, hope to come back in the future. The Thomas's πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ™

We give this property an 11 on a scale of one to ten, so good!! Conveniently located in the middle of everything Markleeville has to offer. The property is clean and in great condition. The owner is friendly and went out of his way to make sure our stay was unforgettable. We loved it.
