Biggest problem as we stayed in early October was the hotel advertised amenities were closed pool etc being reason for choice. Bathroom has problems shower door broken, leaking shower and toilet, shower pressure wash ok once we sorted hose leaks.The other major issue for us was everything smelled of cigarette smoke bedding towels and the room mind you room was ok once aired so disappointed.

Best price performance
Almost everything was great - as we expected. Clean rooms, swimming pools, small water park, very friendly hotels staff. Maybe just one thing:- for breakfast could be more different types of food.

Rezervasyonumuzu hotels.com güvencesiyle otelde ödemeli olarak gerçekleştirdik fakat otel bizden ücreti varıştan önce talep etti, aksi taktirde başka müşterinin ödeme yapması durumunda odayı vermek durumunda kalacağını söyledi. Yarısını ödemek zorunda kaldık. Girişte sorun yaşamadık, oda müsait diye erken giriş yaptık. Havuz başında sabah 10:30 itibariyle başlayıp gece yarısına kadar devam eden aşırı yüksek sesli müzik son derece rahatsız edici. Konaklamamızın ikinci gününde havuzda dahi duramadık. Günün 14 saati dur durak bilmeden çalan bir müzik.. Kahvaltı: tek kelime ile "facia". Kapalı küçük paketlerde verilen her besinin son kullanma tarihi geçmiş durumda, uzun bekleyiş sonrası kahvaltı tabağınızı getiriyorlar fakat açık servis edilen besinlerin de çok sağlıklı şartlarda olduğunu düşünmüyoruz. Çay ve kahvenin alındığı alanda temiz çay kaşığı vs. bulmak mümkün değil. Özellikle küresel salgın döneminde, önlem alınmasından ziyade tam tersinin uygulanması kararı alınmış gibi işletme yönetimince. Konaklama süresince iki şişe su ihtiyacımız oldu, resepsiyondan rica ettik. Odada ikram olarak yoktu bile, bu iki şişe suya da çıkışta 6tl ödeme alındı :) Personel ilgisiz, havuza inerken odanızın kartını bırakıyorsunuz örneğin sadece tuvalet temizliği için. 2 saat sonra odanızı bıraktığınız şekilde teslim ediyorlar. BAŞTAN SONA hayal kırıklığı olan bu tatili anlatmaya buradaki alan yetmiyor fakat bir daha asla görüşmemek üzere

Ugulamadan satın aldığım oda otelin sistemine normal oda olarak düşüyomuş. çok saçma. ayrıca odanın köşe tavanlarında örümcek ağları vardı (banyoda dev gibi vardı) sabunlukların hepsi boştu. balkonlu odada kaldık ve yanımızdaki odaya resepsiyonda çalışan arkadaşın misafir arkadaşları konakladı. sabaha kadar küfürlü konuşmalar yüksek ses ve müslüm eşliğinde içki içildi. uyardırmama rağmen ses kesilmedi uyku haram oldu. temizlik sıfır. odamın balkonundaki masanın altında örümcek ağları vardı. restauranttaki masalar tozluydu. kahvaltıyı sakın düşünmeyin 5 liralık bi tabak 1 yumurta 4 zeytin ince bi dilm peynir ve açbitir reçel bal tereyağ. herşey dandik...

İdare eder
İlk verilen odada çarşaflar temiz değildi saç ve leke gördük. Hemen oda değiştirildi. Diğer odada da dolaptaki yorganı kullanmak istedik fakat o da pek temiz değildi. Personel davranışı çok yardımseverdi. Kahvaltıdan pek birşey beklemediğimiz için ne iyi ne kötü diyebilirim. Zengin bir kahvaltı değildi ama personel bu açığı kapatmak için baya çaba gösterdi. İklim şartları nedeniyle havuzu görme şansımız olmadı. Konaklama genel olarak fena değildi.
