A nice hotel, a few maintenance issues highlighted and need addrsding but staff were excellent in resolving, nice pool area but in the shade during afternoons, in general room including a good choice of breakfast choices was excellent value.

This hotel is right in the centre and great for access to restaurants pubs and a stone throw from the beach. I had stayed on the 3rd floor with a wrap round balcony and the view was stunning on one side was the beach and the sea and the other was the busy street with all the shops that opened until late into the evening. The room had a king size bed and a single bed both were brand new you could smell the newness in the room. These beds were as comfortable we had a great sleep with no complaints and to wake with these beautiful views was a bonus. The staff were very helpful especially Phyllis’s on the front reception desk could not do enough to help with any problems and questions. The breakfast wasn’t to out taste but the boiled eggs were good with fresh bread. The pool area needs some direction sighing and maybe a bit off a makeover but other than that we had a great stay in this hotel.

Had lovely spacious room with a wrap around balcony , amazing view of the bay of Marmaris Staff were so helpful and easy to talk to, breakfast was plentiful. This hotel is centrally placed , two minutes walk from the beach and Blue Port Centre

Rooms/bathroom are clean and are average-good However the food/drink needs to be improved, I wouldn't advise going all inclusive for the food , id advise to book based on a cheap price for good location, reasonably clean rooms and drinks included, thats about it.

Hotel was dirty. Got given the wrong room. Towels ripped, toilet flush broken and matress stained. No amenities at all in the room apart from fridge. Air con on its last stages of life. When complained hotel does not care. Do not book and stay away.

Best location, 3 mns walking distance to Marmaris beach. Shops, Restaurant's, cafe, Shopping mall & Bars Surrounding area. Rooms, bathroom enough space & also clean. No wifi in room only lobby area. Small Swimming pool get crowded easily. No tea & coffee facilities in room. Breakfast not enough choices need to be improve. All inclusive not worth.

Not what it seems, looks are deceiving
Overall stay at this hotel was fine, room service was very poor, room was cleaned twice out of a 5night stay, towels changed once, shower very poor, beds were very very worn, a/c was on its last legs and barely worked, dinner and breakfast was the same for 4days, got so bored.

Otel konum olarak çok merkezi bir yerde sahile alış veriş yerlerine çok yakın.personel yardımcı fakat en büyük sorun hijyen. Otel eski bir otel, odalar kanalizasyon kokuyor, mobilyalar çarşaflar eski,havlular deforme yıkanmış ama lekeli. Bir gece konaklamayacak olsak kesin değiştirirdik oteli. Kahvaltı alanı vıngır vıngır kedi dolu, masaya mı çıktı, yemeklere mi değdi belli değil. Tabağımızı alıp otel içerisinde lobide koltukta yemek durumunda kaldık.

Eşim ve 20 aylık çocuğumla geleceğimi söylemem rağmen en dar ve en basık odayı bize verdiler. Odanın tavan yüksekliği 1,78cm boyumla ayaktayken elimi kaldırdığımda değebileceğim yükseklikte idi. Balkonumuz yoktu. Odanın camı otelin reklam tabelasını kirli üst tarafını görüyordu. Oda değişimi rica ettim fakat dolu olduğunu söylediler. Oysaki otele giriş yaptığımızda otel girişinde boş oda var yazısı vardı. Araç duracak yer olmadığı için bavulları indirmek için otobüs durağında durakladım. Bavullara yarım edecek çalışan yokmuş başka bir çalışandan rica ederek bavulların bir kısmını taşıyıp asansörün önüne bıraktılar. Genel olarak ilgi alaka gerçekten kötüydü.
