Hotel has limited parking. If full, you have to park on the street. The bar is a joke, no bartender. Hotel front desk person runs and opens when they decide. And limited alcohol had to buy pop for drinks.They should not advertise a bar. TV didnt work. Had to call fromt desk twice. Left TV on all night. So we could watch in the morning without call front desk.

Stayed here for a festival in Prairie du Chein across the river. Very convenient. Very helpful staff. Nice to have a small bar in the lobby.

The staff was excellent, especially Alex! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the mattress was worn and had a depression in it. I reported it to staff during checkout.

Nice weekend stay
The ladies working the front desk were wonderful and very nice! The breakfast was phenomenal for a hotel breakfast! Building was very nice with a bridge to a beautiful lookout over the Mississippi River. Could've had a little more parking, but overall was an excellent place to stay!

Our two room suite was great except that the tv did not work in the living room area. I told the front desk about the problem when we checked out. They knew about the problem and had contacted someone to fix it but didn’t inform us at check in or place us in another room. We didn’t like the fact that we paid for this type of room and it wasn’t fully functional.

Just OK. Would not stay again.
Pro: The room was on the top floor. Room was cool. Easy to find. Bed was comfortable. Con: Breakfast was just ok. Parking could be a problem if hotel was full. Updating is needed! The front desk lady was great, but she was also doing the laundry. Could hear people going up and down the hall all night. The TRAIN was so close got woke up every time it went by. They blow the horn through that intersection. Probably would never stay there again.
