Hotel was very dated and in dire need of many updates. The bathtub was horrible. This hotel was most definitely not worth the amount of money they were charging.

Good location across from the lake and near downtown and NMU. the property did not seem as well cared for as in past stays but it is clean and well located. Over priced for the quality.

I had to change rooms on my 2nd night do to a mix up on my part. The staff (Danielle) was very helpful in making this as easy as possible! All of the staff were friendly and helpful

We had an easy check in and the staff helped to accommodate my disabled mom, which I was thankful for. We didn’t get breakfast as the warm items were gone and staff was busy with checkouts. Checkout went smooth and quick.

Things are outdated, but you can tell they are working on updating. The price is reasonable and the location is great. Coffee available all day and night. Dog friendly for a small fee and plenty of leashed outdoor area for them. Free ice machine.

Right across the road from amazing Lake Superior. Marquette is the upper peninsula’s largest city according to Siri. It doesn’t feel like a vacation destination. Marquette offers a few dining and retail options, but they are nice. The immediate downtown area is walkable. There’s a very nice walking/biking path along the lake. A few miles away are the big box stores like Walmart, Dunham’s, Autozone, etc etc

They tried to give me a single bed room, even though I booked a two bed. They did swap me rooms when I went back to the front desk and the lady up front was very kind and helpful. The morning we were supposed to check out, housekeeping entered at 10am when we were still sleeping and woke us up even though checkout was not until 11. I've never had that happen at any other hotel and was quite unsettling. It was clean and quiet besides those two weird things that happened.

The property was okay. Its right on the highway, so its loud, but there is a partial lake view. The room was mostly okay. The tub looked like it was going to fall through the floor and it leaked. Also, they didn't come and do a turn down service at all in our 5 night stay.

Room is outdated, bugs in the shower. The “hot” breakfast was cold and not much to choose from. The floor in the room was dirty, for the price we were charged and the pictures this property is not as advertised. Make this a last choice for sure
