We stay here every time we come to Marquette and have never had a bad experience! The staff is always friendly, the rooms have always been clean, and it’s always been quiet throughout the night. We won’t stay anywhere else!

Our room smelled like auto exhaust. I notified the front desk and we left for dinner so they could fix it. When I came back to the room after dinner I smelled the same odor. Nothing had changed. It was making my family nauseous and we could not stay there. I asked the front desk to provide us a different room but they said they were full. I asked for a refund since we could not stay in that room. Since I got the room (and paid for it) through Expedia, I was told I had to go thru Expedia for a refund. This problem is on the hotel. This problem left my family scrambling to find a different place to stay late at night. I am furious at this outcome and do not plan to stay at another Holiday Inn.
