Front desk staff were friendly.
Wasn’t impressed with our pizzas served at dinner. Restaurant was late opening at 7:30 when we arrived at 2/3:00 with nothing to eat until 7:30.
Service wasn’t the greatest. There may have been a language barrier?? After our order was taken no one came back to see if we wanted another drink, dessert or anything.

Everything was wonderful about our stay at The Moon Hotel and Spa. The room was beautiful and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was a great location for sightseeing in Florence. We especially appreciated the very generous breakfast that was always served efficiently and with a smile. We would definitely stay again.
