Bed bugs - be aware!
Be aware people! we got bites all over our bodies… at our arrival home, we consulted and came out it was bed bugs… need to disinfect all our clothes and our stuff… we were at room 151, I guess the whole place is infected. Given the 4 stars and the price, we expected more cleanness and professionalism… very disappointing!

They make me wait more than one hour "because it was saturday"and they don't employers for online booking even the boys were ok,the girl from the reception make me pay twice the tourist taxes even I proved her I payed on expedia and she forbid me the card of the room,I felt like I've been robed...I think this is the gouvermental owned because the facilities are old and the boss doesn't care about there clients satisfaction...but the lower stuff try hard fot costumers satisfaction!!!

My worst nightmare stay
No working ac in the room no wifi working , no Ac working and room full bugs , Thrace door broken can not luck it and the breaks fest the worst I have ever seen No tea no variety and staff very rude and unfriendly and they don’t care plain and simple and they don’t try to understand or assist and they refused to refund me my money and I left the damn hotel

The bungalow is a beautiful concept but the bungalow we got was not well maintained. The door handles upstairs in both the shower and bathroom were broken. The air conditioning upstairs was blowing warm air. The pillows downstairs in the Moroccan salon were dirty. Check in was not smooth. The room was supposed to be available for 3. We arrived at 4:15 and we still had to wait because the room was not ready. The floor rugs upstairs were filthy. Would not recommend this place.

This hotel has a great pool and is in a good location but it does need updating. It was good value for a family of four with a duplex two story apartment which was spacious. The breakfast pastries and fresh orange juice was good and the staff were all lovely.

Would like to enter a clean room with towels available and not have to request them after check in. Also provide queen bed for couples unless requested otherwise. Make sure phones and TV/remotes are in working conditions. Thank you. Aside from management staff was incredible and amazing!

1st time and last time there. The hotel is old and needs some renovation. We couldn’t lock the balcony door, and when we requested someone to fix it, they never showed up and they didn’t follow up with us. We had to put a chair to lock it. Breakfast and swimming pool were ok. Don’t know how this hotel got a good rating! I would rather add more money and enjoy my stay at a better hotel.

So I asked the concierge for assistance to get a ride to the airport. Afterwards I was brought to another desk & told they only take cash. Well I was short for the payment the guy that helped me with my bags when I asked told me that they accept US currency not only did he take my $20 he also took $130DH when all was need was just the $20!!! If I didn’t go downstairs he would’ve kept the overage. He only gave me back $100DH. Furthermore I was told I was overcharged for the ride. I really think it’s horrible ur staff is dishonest & will never return. The reviews aren’t a lie they need to renovate BADLY.

I almost missed my flight because even after asking them to wake me up at a certain time they didn’t wake me up. By chance I got up and made it to my flight. Also Wi-Fi was not stable it would come and go not what I would except with this type of 4 star hotel. Also not really sound proof I would hear scratchy noises on the ceiling during the middle of the night. I asked for a quiet room and this was the best they could do. In addition I had to keep telling them I came alone. They kept trying to charge me City taxes for 2 people. Even when I was about to miss the flight. They don’t make notes or keep records. I told 5 different people but at the end they tried to still charge me.

The pool area and exterior are great, but the building is old and in need of updating, the room was small and overlooked a roof covered in cigarette butts, finally the cost of the 1km taxi to the airport was excessive 200 MAD. I would not stay here again.

Looking at hotel from the outside, Kennedy himself could have stayed there in the 60's... The hotel desperately needs a paint job. The hotel foyer, floors and rooms are incredibly clean, however, the restaurant area was not so clean. Tablecloths look dirty and are covered in food crumbs. I just felt like everything i touched, plates, salt dish, just felt dirty . The swimming pool are could do with a bit of a clean and upgrade of sun loungers.
