I completely enjoyed my stay at Le Riad Monceau. The place was beautiful and quaint, and everyone was so hospitable. Chaymae and her team were amazing and very helpful at navigating the area. We even received a complimentary upgrade to our room, which was stunning and included a little sunroom. The nightly love jazz was so nice and the ambiance was a whole vibe. My only complaint was my TV not working but it wasn't a dealbreaker for me. I'm definitely looking forward to returning.

It started out bad when I got put in a room, unpacked and then 30 min later they came back stating they gave me the wrong room and they needed to move me. So I had to repack everything and move. Then the room was very loud. They have a band playing until 11pm every night, and upstairs there was banging and moving furniture until 1 am every night since that is where the roof top bar is . The spa wasn’t nice or comfortable and the service I got was bad The location was great, but overall I wouldn’t stay again.

Staff was not professional. I ordered dinner in the restaurant. First the server brought just plane bread, no salt, pepper, oil or anything to eat it with. I ordered starter, nothing with given with it. The main course food was also not tasty. I ordered beer and finally a Morrocan tea. The tea was not served, just brought the kettle and cup and eas told it is hot. Finally at the bill payment, the server asked, " How would you like to pay the tip?". I answered that service was very poor, however if you insist, you can add DH 50. I paid the bill of DH 860 with such a poor service and bad food. Will not recommend to anyone.

Excellent stay in marrakesh

Incredible staff with beautiful facility providing an oasis of calm, comfort and quiet in the heart of the main soul. Restaurant with excellent food, including live jazz was perfect. Rooms were nicely sized and clean, I cluding a private terrace for tea. Having never been to Africa and not knowing what to expect, we were immediately at ease and able to enjoy the culture.

We had an excellent stay in the raid! The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. Definitely a great spot to stay in Marrakesh. Delicious breakfast in the morning, close to all the main points of interest in the city, and live jazz band downstairs each night. We had a wonderful time!

Best Riad in Morocco!

This place is absolutely amazing and gives off good vibes as soon as you walk in. One of the best things about it is the management; they’re some of the friendliest and most professional people I’ve ever met. The riad is super clean and has everything laid out nicely, right in the middle of everything. Every day, you can hear the fun sounds of live music, which just adds to the great atmosphere. I can’t wait to come back to this awesome spot!

This place is amazing. It was very to walk from the taxi drop off area. The staff is truly incredible. Sofian and Chayma were amazing. They really made us feel like we were guests at their own home. The restaurants at this property were all very good. The private transportation drivers they work with are all also very nice and professional. Ayoub one of the drivers speak English fluently and was very familiar with the area.

Spectacular Riad & Staff

Great staff under the leadership of Chaymae is really what makes this riad standout from others. The riad was conveniently located by the main square (al fna) and the rooms were clean with an extra touch of fruits and other amenities. My wife was sick and Chaymae accompanied me to the closest pharmacy after 11pm to get me the help she needed, which was above and beyond the services you would expect! Kudos to you Chaymae for providing us a wonderful experience!

The service was exceptional! Every staff was very friendly and attentive. At check in, we were told that their purpose is to treat customers like family and we indeed felt at home. If I could give this property 10 stars, I definitely would. I have never experienced such great hospitality in all my years of traveling. The ENTIRE staff were very welcoming, super friendly, and accommodating, I really felt like home away from home. The property is very clean and beautiful. The food and atmosphere were spectacular. And the location is priceless. I was very impressed on how the whole staff took care of their customers but I would like to give a special recognition to Chaymae, the property manager. She went above and beyond the entire time when I needed something. Checked on me regularly during the day and while I was there to make sure I was well taken care of and had everything I needed. She is truly a Gem! Thank you all very much for my pleasant stay!! I highly recommend this hotel!!
