Great location…you’re not located in the crazy part which is really nice. Walking distance to a strip of restaurants and where all the street food is located. Close taxi ride to Medina. We walked there it wasn’t too bad but we enough walking. But lots of cars to look out for The riad is little hard to find at first but it was night time and I think that’s normal in marrakesh. But once we found it, we never got lost . There’s a parking lot just about a 5 min walk from the riad. We paid him 10 euros for 2 nights. We probably over paid but we got in late and had been traveling for over 20 hours so we didn’t care. The man who greeted us was very polite and kind offered us some tea and cookies when we arrived. Our room was very clean and big. It was a little nosey cause our room was just outside the common area but wasn’t a big deal to us. The Terrance with pool on the roof was very cute. Breakfast was very good, the ladies there are also very kind and friendly. Would recommend 100 percent to anyone coming to Morocco. It was our first time to Morocco and loved it.

Rooms can be locked from the inside, but no locks on outside of the rooms. There was a safe for valuables but just something to be aware of. Good breakfast and nice to have the terrace with the pool. 6 sun loungers so normally some free but not always. Good wifi throughout

The Riad is beautiful and well kept. They staff are very friendly and always on hand to help. The location in the Kasbah area is ideal to get to everything you need and the rooftop small pool and sun deck allow time to relax away from the hustle and bustle.

This hotel understands the concept of service and does it right the first time. It was one of the most comfortable hotels I have stayed in for the last 10 years. The Staff added a omelet for breakfast when asked, the rooms were huge and clean- the roof patio a gem.

What an Incredible experience!! Impecable service, impecable cleanliness and commodity! Not for 1 second did I feel like something was not special about this place! I will be always in gratitude with such an amazing staff. The location is perfect. Not too close to the noisy center but close enough to see all the wonderful places in this city.

Perfect location walk to main square and Souks
Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and well kept rooms with air con unit in our room that made all the difference so we slept eell and could keep cool in the afternoons when it was too hot outside. Beautiful roof terrace with a swimming pool. Breakfast served with fresh bread, crossants, fruit, orange juice, yogurt and a local dish. Lovely communal areas. We arrived at midnight due to a delayed flight and was welcomed with fresh mint tea and a very cheerful member of staff.

Beautiful Riad in excellent location!
Our stay was extremely pleasant. Room was spotlessly clean and staff very helpful. Rooftop was a quiet escape from hustle and bustle of Medina. Would return to Riad Awa for sure!

Cute Clean Riad in a great location
We stayed at Riad Awa for 4 nights. The riad was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served on the terrace, which was great. They gave us a map on our first day and gave us good advice regarding local restaurants. The only issue we had was the low wall partition between the bedroom and ensuite bathroom. we didn't feel comfortable with that but apart from that 10/10.

Nice riad in good location
Had a great time at the riad! The staff were great and very helpful! They had very yummy breakfasts! Loved the Moroccan pancakes :) had a great hammam experience and the staff helped arrange taxis and excursions! The taxi to and from riad was pretty expensive and the mosque is next door so be prepared for the early morning wake up call! Very good experience :)

Rigtig skøn Riad.
Denne Riad har en fantastisk beliggenhed i centrum af Kabbah området, der er 10 minutters gang til centrum af Marrakech. det er 3 gang vi er på denne Riad, og det er det flinkeste personale, altid søde og hjælpsomme. Der er den skønneste tagterrasse og en fin lille pool. Skønne store værelser og en dejlig atmosfærer. Alt er flot og vedligeholdt.
