Beautiful Riad & so close to the hustle & bustle of Marrakech. Very clean & smelled gorgeous! The hosts were welcoming, friendly & helpful. The rooms were comfortable & just what we needed after a busy day exploring. The breakfasts were delicious & food was fresh. Highly recommended.

The room was so pretty and very nice decorated according to Marrakech culture. So clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. Staff receives you with a big smile and oriented us where to eat, change money, etc.

Fabulous place for a trip to Marrakesh literally 2 mins and you are in JEF Rooms are large and very comfortable and clean, breakfast very good but it is served on the roof which is up three flights of steep steps so be aware of this if you have knee problems Staff were very nice and helpful Highly recommend

The Location – Relative to the Medina, the location of this Riad is excellent. It sits close enough to the heart of the Medina to enjoy its vibrant atmosphere, yet far enough away to avoid the constant noise of street vendors. Despite our room facing the narrow alley where the Riad is located, it remained pleasantly quiet throughout our stay. The staff were very accommodating, and the entire property was clean and well maintained. We highly recommend arranging the Riad’s airport pick-up service and having their staff walk you to the property, as navigating the Medina on your own for the first time can be quite challenging and overwhelming.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The riad is so beautiful and full of traditional charm. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fna square, so everything is super easy to get to. Although we were in a busy area but it is so quite inside and peaceful. The reception team were so lovely and helpful, always happy to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast on the rooftop was a treat. Every member of staff was kind, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Couldn’t recommend this place enough - I’d definitely stay here again!

If you don’t like long reviews, then “stay here!” is all you need to know. If you prefer more depth in your reviews, read on. Located a couple of hundred meters from the famous Jemaa el Fna square in Marrakech (apologies for the spelling, my internet is acting up), Riad Marraplace is easy to find but just far enough away that you don’t hear any of the chaos going on nearby. It is an incredibly beautiful building with rooms that, while small, will make you feel like a sultan due to their opulence. The staff spoke perfect English and was as friendly and helpful as anyone could possibly ask. Breakfast on the roof was traditional and tasty as well as relaxing. You can’t see the square from the roof but it’s still a nice view. The only minor negative is the stairs. They twist around corners in a way that can make them treacherous if you’re not careful especially if you’re lugging a suitcase up or down them. But I would absolutely stay there anytime I would be in Marrakech. You’re close to dining, shopping, the main mosque, every tour imaginable leaves from the square, and you get to pretend that you’re a lot wealthier than you probably actually are. I loved it.

The riad is fresh and clean with comfortable, well-appointed rooms. We stayed twice, once in the older section that has not been renovated and secondly in the newer section in a recently-renovated room. Both were excellent. The older room was beautiful and had everything we needed including air conditioning, a shower, comfortable bed, etc. The renovated room had all the same features but the windows were newer so they offered slightly better sound dampening. Both sections open into central light wells and the older section include delightful sitting areas, with soft chairs, tables and plates of delicious oranges. Breakfast was fresh and delicious (moroccan-style) on the roof terrace each morning, and is not to be missed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. One more thing, and this is essential information. Riad Hotel Marraplace is within the medina, only a few steps from Jemaa el-Fnaa, Marrakech's central square. This makes it easy to get a short cooling break in the day or before dinner while being far enough away to be calmingly quiet. Highly recommended.
