We had a room facing the courtyard, it gets really stuffy and when opening the window you get the smells from the restaurant down stairs, it’s also quite dark, very little daylight.

Hotel location excellent, hotel room and bathroom very nice. the breakfast and staff supporting was excellent. Room was facing port, extremely noisy on Saturday all night, to 6 AM, rest of stay was fine. The bathroom was really nice but minor complaints; only supplied liquid soap and no place to put items in shower or convenient to sink.

This is quite a find in busy Vieux Port Marseille. Well-priced and extremely comfortable within walking distance of most everything.

Christmas is coming to Marseilles
Had a wonderful interesting room overlooking the square. It was very lively as one could expect from a port city and easily walkable everywhere. Visited a fabulous lunch spot around the corner called Vert…very memorable and delicious! Enjoyed all the Christmas light as well. The museums are great too. Only downside is far too much ugly graffiti that makes neighborhoods look dirty and sad.

Great location and very convenient if you want to be in the center of things. Very friendly staff. Our room was clean and comfortable but a bit small for our needs. This could have been due to the specific room we booked, but if you are traveling with M/L luggage you may want to select a larger room.

We were taking a week after a tour of no Italy. We loved the suite, most especially the washing machine. Its surprising how many dirty clothes you accumulate in two weeks! Proximity to the vieux port was essential and the location didn't disappoint.

Great location - all key sights easily accessible with frequent and cheap local buses for things further afield. Great breakfast options nearby and a plethora of restaurants to suit all budgets. Suites are very well appointed - ours included a lovely balcony - and are just a minute’s walk away from the very busy Vieux Port area.

We stayed at Maisons du Monde - Marseille for the last 2 nights of our recent trip to Europe. Access to the hotel was great, easily accessed from the Vieux Port Metro station, which importantly, had escalators. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with rooms having various decorating themes. Our room was spacious enough (we'd booked a superior room) and clean, the bed comfortable. The ensuite bathroom was modern, with a wonderful shower. We had the buffet breakfast on our final morning (we had an early train back to Paris), and the breakfast cook couldn't have been more lovely, cooking eggs to order, warming up Croque Monsieur, nothing was too much trouble. The guest lounge is a great space to have a drink in, or to work remotely from (if you were working), with the option of lounge seating, or tables and chairs.
