The apartment was in good conditions but the building is pretty old. As soon as we got in, there was a cockroach and there is no elevator which is inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. The staff is super friendly. There are many things to do around and its very close to the port! The shower feature is not the best either.

The flat is spacious and in a good location. It is up 4 flights of narrow stairs which isn’t ideal. We were also disturtbed by a man aggressively banging at the flat door at 9am. We did not feel comfortable to answer initially but it didn't stop and they were then trying to open the door despite us shouting through the door asking them to leave. So my partner went to answer to find it was a male cleaner. Check out is at 11am and we tried to explain this to him but he did not speak english. We eventually had to close the door on him as he kept shouting at us in French. I then tried to call the receptionist to ask if they could help and ask him to leave us alone but they wouldn't answer the phone. Eventually he left but it was very strange and unsettling. We then rushed to leave before check out time as i didn't feel safe to stay. I'd avoid booking here again.

a few things to be aware of
This place was nice but a few things to be aware of. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. This is something that should be advertised. Also, they do not provide enough towels and toiletry. There office is around the block and you need to stop by every time you need more. They should just leave plenty in the apartment. Also, our entire group were invested with bug bites. that was disappointing and probably needs extra cleaning. Lastly they upcharge for little extras like coffee and snacks. It was not a big charge but for the price per night this is just petty. We run an ABNB and we never add these type of charges.
