We have stayed here many times and its always adequate. Two things to note: there is no elevator to second floor. Breakfast is marginal. Prepackaged items plus a wafflemaker. Coffee is excellent. Room was clean Staff very friendly and helpful.

Clean, nice staff, great location, new TVs, refrigerator and microwave in room. It is an older property with some peeling paint and old fixtures, but for a 2 star hotel, it was good. We didnt eat the breakfast. There were plenty of coffee shops and restaurants near by, as well as SMSU.
