Never once was our room cleaned even though we had the sign on our door. Finally asked if we could have garbage taken out at 9 at night and that is all they did. No new towels. We had been there for three days already. Management does not value customers… needed help with my lock and I got the eye roll after it was fixed. Management banged on our door and blamed our team for running up the hallways for 5 hours when we had just got the hotel.. kids had never even been in the hotel. Not a family or team friendly environment. Will be choosing a different hotel in stoon for sure next time.

Awesome hotel
This hotel I rate better than any 5 star hotel. I felt like I actually got my moneys worth here. Full breakfast every morning, excellent amenities in the room - full stock and good quality. Friendly staff and room cleanliness was optimum. Excellent location and proximity to the city of Saskatoon. I loved this hotel and wished it all hotels what treat their customers like this. Thank you for our most excellent stay and I hope I can visit you again.

We like it because it's close to other amenities. This was ou third or fourth stay. Up until this time it was quiet. This time there were kids running the hallway and banging around in the room next door
