The front desk folks were fantastic! If I had a hotel, I'd do my best to hire them away. My only suggestion is that the hotel install door closers on the room doors so that they do not slam shut when a guest lets it go...like I did. Whoops. Sorry for the noise. :-)

Great Stay Highly Recommend

The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was incredible. The shower took a while to heat up and the water pressure wasn't strong at all.

Great customer service. Nice breakfast offerings. Very clean and comfortable room. Nice pool in season I am sure. Overall a very clean and a comfortable property. Easy acsess to town and shops. On site restaurant offer a good variety menu. Friendly staff!

Fresh Mountain Air

I needed to get away. I go here a lot . They got some new comfy pillows and as soon as I layed down I slept ! Take some ear buds if you are a light sleeper . As with most hotels the walls are kinda thin. The rooms were so clean. I love the cute patio in the front and sitting there reading . The check in was so easy and only took a minute .

The hotel was very difficult to find in the dark. It is set back, up a hill and behind landscaping, with a dark, unoccupied building in front that was misleading. We drove in circles until deciding to drive further back the dark road. Then we found it. Yay!

My only complaint is that the mattress needs to be replaced. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. We were able to sit in the lobby to play games and visit with friends. We got a little loud by accident, but the staff was friendly in notifing us. Thank you for a wonderful visit!
