Check-in and out processes were easy. Staffs were kind and welcoming. Amenities were well-kept. Hotel location is close to the main train station. Breakfast option is a bit expensive for per person, per day (JPY 2500). Room is small, but the convenience outweighs it.

Has a sauna, cold bath, natural bath and hot bath. Staff were excellent, and parking on the opposite side for about 1600 a night. Right in the middle of a very bustling night life. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was pretty big, clean, and had a nice view of the outside. The location was very convenient since it's a few minutes from Fukui station. I highly recommend if you plan to stay at Fukui!

Did operate some classes but need to line up at 3:00pm to register. Each slot only has few spots. That isn’t convenient about it. As customer did email to register ahead of time and isn’t allow customer to pre book. But the reception is super helpful when I had some issue.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Room was fantastic and the private onsen terrific. Set dinner experience was great too and they were able to cater for my wife’s gluten allergy, which some other ryokans we checked would not. Staff were great too!
