For the price we paid the place needs an overhaul. Paint job fresh up the place. Upgrade bathroom’s. put real windows on not louvers to help with noisy traffic. The pool does not look very inviting everything in the rooms are old and outdated.

It is well loved property and the staff look after it. The staff are very approachable and made the stay great. Parking and secure. Close to town. Not noisy even tho it’s just off the highway.

They cancelled my booking without informing me. I got to the Mitel after driving 51/2 hours to be calmly told they had cancelled my booking and I would get a refund. I went to another motel and found that they had not cancelled my booking and I had no refund! Thieves and cheats!

We were less than 10 minutes late for checkin due to road works and they cancelled our booking with NO REFUND and NO offer of changing to another night. The receptionist was rude.

I stayed a single night and felt everything was broken or had an issue, except the air con. Tv remote broken in half and batteries crushed. Shower head holes calcified over so badly all water defied gravity. Only one light worked and it constantly flickered. Next time I'll definitely try another place.
