No puedo opinar sobre una reserva que no se hizo. A pesar de llevar la confirmación de hoteles.com de la reserva que hicimos a través de su plataforma, en el hotel de destino no había llegado tal reserva y nos encontramos en la calle

El hotel parecía tener muy buena pinta. Digo parecía porque la reserva que hicimos a través de la página hoteles.com NUNCA LLEGÓ al HOTEL, y cuando llegamos, no tenían noticias sobre nuestra estancia. ¡Sorpresita! Nos encontramos de repente 8 personas, 4 de ellas menores de 10 años, en la calle. Tuvimos que buscar por nuestra cuenta sobre el terreno algo donde dormir, en pleno mes de Agosto. A pesar de que nosotros llevábamos nuestro resguardo de la reserva hecha a través de hoteles.com, en el hotel EtnaMore nos aseguraban que dicha reserva nunca les llegó a ellos ¿cómo puede ser posible? Da la sensación que hoteles.com es un FAKE o tiene fallos muy serios que provocan disgustos muy grandes y situaciones desagradables y comprometidas.
