My stay was meh...
The room seemed a little outdated. Requested a king in non-smoking months before my stay. When I arrived, they only had king in smoking. Requested a room change, which I was told I could get, but I would need to come down to the front desk as early as possible (like 6 am). For the amount of money we paid, someone could have called us to tell us when the new room would be ready. Also, I reserved my room on hotels.com but when I arrived at the resort, the told me my room would be $50 more than quoted . The only good thing was that we didn't have to go outside at all (it was freezing!) Otherwise, I would have stayed at an area hotel.

The reservation was not honored . When we went to the Great cedar front desk we were told ( after waiting 15 minutes ) that the GC tower was sold out . They eventually sent us to the Fox tower . Even that check in was confusing for their front desk , but we eventually got a room

Lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. The casinos were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The thing we didn’t like was how noisy it was trying to sleep. You can hear every closing door in the hallways.

I understand this is a casino. However, we had a room At the grand cedar hotel room five twelve, we checked in late like 11pm... We go to the room and we couldn't even sleep. Because the neighbors were so loud, screaming and laughing the entire night. They even woke us up as early as 7 AM. They were only quiet after I hit the wall . We had been up the entire night prior so yes, we needed to sleep. It is a hotel, it's not rompa Room. We tried to call the front desk. Not one person would answer any of the extensions.It was around midnight at this point. So basically we paid for a room that we never got to sleep in, never again!!!!
