Not easy to navigate

Signs are not clear where to check in and cars all over with no parking. When you walk in they just hand you your key and say here you go. I said where do we go we've never been here before. So she tells us go down the road and make the second right and you go down into the parking area. We go there and didn't realize there was another parking garage so we parked outside and had to walk a long ways with luggage to get in. Once we get in there's so many restaurants, a casino, and so many other places that we almost missed the sign for the elevator to get upstairs. The property is huge and they definitely should either give you a map or give you better instructions if you've never been there before. Especially when you're hauling luggage so far to get to your room. We actually found a quicker way that we could have went once we were there for a while but we didn't know in the beginning. Just not what we were expecting especially with the amount of money that we paid for just one night.

Shower did not work in my room and wasn't able to shower before going the theater for an event. Pretty inconvenient. For the price of a room at this hotel, I'd expect things to work properly. Won't be staying here again.

I booked the Great Cedar Hotel. When i arrived they overbooked and sent me to another hotel and still expected for my to pay a hotel fee. Although they waved it after i asked to speak to manage, they should've automatically waved it without me asking. They downgrade my hotel, but didn't refund not a penny. The room is tyny, mirrors were dirty. It was my husband's birthday, too. So, im very disappointed.

Room definitely needs some addressing

It was not amazing. The phones in the room did not function so I had to go downstairs each time to address issues. Someone was supposed to come to check on the phones but never did. Also, the people in the room next to me were in the hallway screaming and swearing but I was unable to call security because of the phone issue. Finally, the room needs better weatherproofing. I have video of my door almost blowing open because of wind howling through the hallways and room.
