Everything was fine until the day of check out. We went downstairs for a bit, and when I went up to the room housekeeping was in process of breaking down the room, even though we hadn't checked out. They removed all our drinks and sandwiches from fridge that we bought for Bingo. Our friend stayed in connected room and the door was open with her suitcase on the bed. Hopefully she is not missing anything.

It was different seeing a large complex like this in the middle of the country. Really a nice complex. However, it was very large and confusing to walk around. Had a woodtick on our pillow when we woke up in the morning. Walls were so thin that I could hear the person next door going to the bathroom.

Escalator was broke, no microwave in room. Couldn't find valet parking. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean though. Staff was just “working” their shift to go home. Overall doubtful I’d return for another stay.
