Very humid in our room. Humidifiers throughout the halls, however, did not help with the conditions in the rooms. Friends on the upper floor had the same experience. The carpet felt almost damp. The people were nice; however, it was not the most ideal stay.

Room was so damp with moisture coming up thru the floor when we arrived AC was set at 62 to dry it up. It made us sick the next day. Area was great staff was nice but could never stay there again if that problem was not resolved.

Never changed towels of took garbage after checking option during check-in and stopping by front desk each day. On last day, Lady opened door without knocking Front desk didn't seem concerned about our poor stay.

Great Service, but I would decline the bugs.

Trip was only for the weekend. Place is small but good location, food restaurant & a restaurant/bar crossing the street. Staff is really friendly and helpful, great customer service. Lobby & Front desk very clean. They offer breakfast from 6 am to 9 am.{cereal, waffles, instant oatmeal, yogurt, apple juice and orange juice individual container. Plus some cooked breakfast like eggs etc. By 8 am most of cook meals are gone}.as well acces to coffee and hot tea. Guests laundry service, fitness room & ice machine available. I love the place but in room 104 on my daughter's bed pillows we found one little critter that appeared to be a bed bug, so I looked on my own bed & i found two on the pillows as well. I removed the sheets and comforter & didn't found more but that was enough for me to ask front desk assistant & she moved us to a different room right away no visible critters on the second room. But still the uneasiness feeling stays with you. Plus in the rooms there's a funny smell I personally think is cause the carpet. If I took away the critter incident I would be giving a better review. But I was looking for reviews & everything that I read was great in this place that I choose it. As now I am just informing my experience not interested to harm the reputation of the hotel. Just to inform customers what they can found as hotel guests.
