Train staff

Room was fine and night time staff was great at check in. The morning staff was terrible. When I first came down she was taking a video call and ignoring the many people in the breakfast area. When we came down later all the tables in the breakfast area were dirty and now she was on the phone again. It was clear that both of the calls where personal calls since she was not talking English.

Disappointed to find no microwave or refrigerator in the unit. Under toilet seat was NOT clean. Check in staff quite inexperienced. The hotel has been redone well although our room was quite small

Walk in and automatically was greeted by the friendly staff. Room was clean and the entire hotel smelled clean and refreshing after driving 10 hours on the rode. Coffee was on point as well.

Get what you pay for type of place. Noise from train and restaurants next door (early morning garbage trucks). Rooms are small. A/C blows directly on you in bed. Hot water heaters can’t keep up.
