This place is so quaint and unique. If you like old-fashioned architecture and weird-angled rooms, this is the place you need to stay. Affordable, friendly staff, quiet, comfy bed. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Yes it’s an old property but the front desk was fantastic! Super nice people, incredibly attentive - this is what makes this place. Low cost, rooms were clean and you can’t beat the nice people who work here. Super easy check-in especially with our dog in-tow. Even the guests were nice. Easy to drive right up to the doors ,front or back, and unload. There is an excellent little diner for breakfast right up the block as well. I’d stay here again - if you’re looking for a totally renovated Waldorf, this isn’t for you but for the family for a few nights - go for it!

The heat in the room did not work at all woke up and it was 60 degrees in room. Some cob webs on ceiling and dust on bed posts. The jacuzzi and staff were nice

Bad stay

The rooms are outdated and wore out. The staff was nice, but there was no coffee creamer for the coffee that I could find. They didn’t have a ice machine however the staff gave me small bags of ice. This place used to be a lot better when it was under quality in. They used to have a continental breakfast which they have no more but they still advertise it like they have it. Used to be a restaurant, but the restaurant closed down. I’d suggest getting continental breakfast back. Get an ice machine making sure there’s hot coffee with cream and sugar. Make sure somebody would want to run a restaurant there which would bring a lot more people in. I think at the rate they’re going on this place might not be open too much longer. I’ve stayed there several other times when it was quality and it was much much better!

Desk clerk took 5 minutes to come out from behind wall to check me in. No apologies. Same thing happened last year too. Property is old and unkept. The room is old and grungy. Old musty smell. Hallways are dark and it felt unsafe. We checked in early to drop of belongings before going to family event. Returned around 12:30 and we checked out at 6:00. Both my daughter and myself didn’t sleep. On the rung in front of bed there is a stain that looks like dried semen. Wouldn’t return again.

Hotel in downtown of small town. Relatively quiet. No traffic sounds. Police station next door. Small coffee shop in walking distance. Convenience store/gas station also nearby. Room and bathroom were clean. Smelled a bit musty. Front desk employees are nice.
