A Nice Country Hotel with all the Ammenties

This Hotel/Motel had all the comforts of a larger Hotel. What was amazing was the bathroom floor was heated, not needed in the summer but would be nice in the winter. The room had a fridge, ironing board & iron, also a heat pump, but never used. If you get a room like we had parking was right outside the door, a nice touch. Check in Staff were pleasant & gave us all he instructions as how to access the room, we had rang asked if we could get into the room before the designated arrival time & they accommodated us as we were going to a wedding 50km's away, Thank You.

Great place to stay, did not enjoy the noise, can hear people talking in the corridors, foot steps, slamming of doors. Rooms should have some type of net curtains as there were only the blinds. Both indoor and outdoor swimming pools as well as the gym were a bonus.

Loved our stay. The only 2 things need improving is restaurant service and breakfast. We had to wait 10 min or more to just get seated, nobody had time to notice us standing at the entrance. Plus we waited 20 min to get served. I could not wait any longer, I just went to the bar and ordered myself. Definitely needs improving. Breakfast food was not very freshly cooked, some things over cooked etc.

The room was spotless when we arrived and had a nice pleasant smell. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, as we didn’t have high expectations. The room is spacious, with queen-sized beds, and we appreciated the small dining table and ample storage. My daughter also enjoyed the heated indoor spa pool. Overall, we’d be happy to stay here again.

Not a terrible experience, but the only playground had a dead bird in it, and wasn’t cleaned up when we checked out 3 days after reporting it - also the trampolines safety mats weren’t covering the springs. this meant we mainly stayed in our room with our toddler as there weren’t really sufficient areas for him to play safely or hygeinically
