Great amenities are greatly let down by their poor maintenance and cleanliness, and a “resort” where an unbelievable number of things don’t work or haven’t been maintained. I lost of count of the number of dirty, broken, or poorly maintained items in the room I stayed in. The place needs some major love.

If you're looking for a budget-friendly place to stay in Wanaka, this is a great option. The caravan was cozy, warm and comfortable, and the shower block was clean and tidy. Convenient location close to town and an easy drive to Cardrona. Not luxury accommodation, but excellent value for money and exceeded our expectations for a caravan stay.
