It was delightful. From the very moment I walked through the doors, how courteous they truly are. They work with you.i love that it’s pet friendly. They make you feel safe, seen and heard.i would definitely recommend this place to anybody. The pool was so warm and beautiful, it’s huge and there was not one person in there. That was good could swim in privacy if wanted. So close to a shopping strip mall. Wendy’s, Perkins, shop rite and dollar tree. Basically anything you would like for. It has its own connecting road to the hotel.i walked and was there in about 5 minutes not even. The hotel is non smoking, but they had 2 beautiful patios designated for you and the most you’ll see one person. If you don’t like crowds this is the perfect place to lay your head. My cat came with and he loved our mini vacation. Their beds are beautifully made with luxurious white pillow case s and the blankets ahh not too heavy and the bed felt so good. I ordered from the pizzeria. Delivered within 15mins. Definitely a steal on pricing use Expedia their great. Hope you get to find out .

The first room had a musty smell so we requested another and that Room was clean and comfortable. The grounds are pretty with a lake out back and restaurant on site was convenient - the drinks and service were great but the food, not so much . The pool looked like it needed repairs and I couldn’t bring myself to go in because of the giant dark ring around it. The floor was really wet all around the pool which is a hazard. No one was there maintaining or restocking towels. Breakfast was decent- eggs, breakfast meat, bagels, cereals, waffles etc. I might stay again if I’m in the area but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

The owner of this hotel is fortunate to have the staff they do. Perhaps they should be credited with recruiting and maintaining quality employees. The facility is in need of a facelift-plus. New clean flooring in the rooms and halls would go a long way. There was a constant exhaust from the mechanical room into the exercise room of all places. Our plumbing also needed attention, however my experience with the facility maintenance person fixing the flushing mechanism with our bathroom toilet was positive; he was courteous and on the ball. Once again the staff deserve a better facility. And the complimentary breakfast was on par and better than some other places I have stayed.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I did notice some water damage in the ceiling of the bathroom, along with some curling of the wallpaper and the bathroom door would not lock. All minor problems but probably should be addressed.

Nice staff, but room not so much!

The staff were nice, and checked us in and out with ease. However, the condition of our room was not the best, especially for the cost of the room. The shower was absolutely awful! The shower head only allowed a minimal amount of water out. It was hard to shower and the bathroom sink was clogged/drained slowly, so washing hands and brushing teeth was a pain. The shower curtain smelled of mildew I used almost my full bottle of spray to dissipate the smell. Since we were there visiting friends we got back to the room late, so I didn’t inform staff then but did when checking out. The bathroom was just really run down. Also, the bed was way too soft and was so difficult to sleep on I was up half the night.

First arrived tv would not work took almost two hours for the problem to be solved to where tv had to be switched out. Only one out of five jets worked in the hot tub. Woke up to a toilet that leaked, informed front desk apologized but no rush to do anything. No basic toiletries had to go to front desk to pick up minimal amount. Staff was very friendly but would not stay here again! Very disappointing to pay for room with so many issues, and no compensation for the trouble.
