Hotel was clean but the decor was dark with low lighting in the rooms. The breakfast was all frozen and thawed items so even though it’s a hot breakfast, it’s not anything more than what you would microwave in your room.

Here at Christmas time. And can tell the staff really care about this place. It’s decorated so cute. And the coffee even late at night is kept stocked. Front desk people helped me to assure I had a good room to take a long remote work call. Paid for the upgraded Wi-Fi speed and it worked very well.

The staff was very very helpful when we had a major issue with booking through Expedia. Linda Jean was the best! The staff was also very friendly, from the front desk manager to the cleaning staff. The unfortunate thing was the rooms were not that clean. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, professional, friendly services. Comfortable bed. I was a bit surprised with the cost of small dog, as I knew that pets were accepted, but was not aware of the fee being $50.00. Pricey especially for a small trained dog.
