Matanzas Vacation Packages

Nice building in a very quiet area, very close to the Metro. The room was nice and clean with a small but functional kitchen. We only stayed for one night and it was perfect for us.

My room was not done for 3 days even requesting it at the front desk personally. They receive packages but didn’t call you or message to let you know that they arrived, I still have one missing. Infrastructure is good but service is poor. Non functional for businesses purposes.

For work, I stayed at this hotel twice in the last month. In comparison with other hotels at the same price and approximate location, the hotel does not provide a complimentary bottle of water and the breakfast is very limited with no real options. The bed was comfortable, but the room needed more attentive cleaning. The roof restaurant is a good option.
