Al llegar nos cambiamos de habitacion ya que nos ofrecieron por un pequeño monto extra,tenia unos beneficios por expidia que nunca me brindaron en la habitacion a la cual fui cambiada de ahi en fuera Todos fueron muy amables , el personal del bar de la piscina albania, ronald , juan y un muchachito super joven que me hacia reir con sus cosas excelentes el equipo de entretenimiento super , algunas cositas que mejorar ,pero el servicio del personal de cocina , barra y entretenimiento super . Y la playa 😍 20/10 , la limpieza del cuarto super lo unico que me dejaban sin pestillo la puerta del valcon pero nunca me falto nada. Pienso que era un despiste de la persona que limpiaba la habitacion no le di importancia ya que nunca me falto nada .

El staff excelente, las habitaciones, el personal de los bares y restaurantes son increíbles, muy amables y siempre dispuestos a dar lo mejor. Muy profesionales todos! Reconocimientos especiales a Joaquín en restaurante, las chicas del bar del lobby, las amas de llave, Elizabeth en front desk y Emilio en los restaurantes. Incluso me gustó mucho ver a la gerente del hotel moviéndose por todas las áreas muy atenta a los clientes y el servicio en general. Felicitaciones para todos!

It’s a bait and switch the address is not where the location is and the rooms shown are not available. It’s still under construction and has regular black outs. Next to a cemetery. Do not stay here pictures not as shown. AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE BAIT AND SWITCH NOT AS ADVERTISE. And Expedia nor the hotel will compensate.

The food at the buffet was excellent, and the staff was amazing. However, the drink selection was very limited, and the drinks tasted watered down. The hotel is in need of renovation as soon as possible. The staff does their best to keep everything looking nice, but the property has reached a point where simple paint touch-ups are no longer enough. A more significant renovation is needed to bring the hotel back to its full potential.

Excellent property, one of the best I’ve been to so far. Beautiful, great pool, attentive personnel, the house has everything you need. Would be great to include some amenities such as golf tour or something else, but great experience

This was my most terrible experience. They have put just one bottle of water . In the night when i asked for a bottle of water they denyed . The personal in reception was extremely Rude alwas on his personal cell phone . Room was dirty hair everywhere even the cleaning was denyed . Breakfast was poor but stuff in the restaurant was good . The security guard was very helpful and did a better job than the receptionist
