This hotel needs to urgently train their breakfast staff to understand allergies. My wife had an allergy to egg and was given a pancake that was said to be egg free only to be told later it had egg in. She was not well for two days as a result. Getting breakfast was impossible and staff had no idea . We were constantly told some things were egg free, to find out they were not.
The management were excellent with the feedback and gave us a lunch by way of apology which was appreciated. We didn’t ask for anything but we wanted to let them know it’s not good enough.
Pool, spa area is really nice.
Pillows were really hard and thick. First time in our lives we’ve had to request softer pillows. We couldn’t sleep on them. Not sure I’d stay here again mainly sure to the lack of food and allergy awareness with the waiting staff.
