Staff helpful enough but when you have a leaf blower waking you up right outside your door, is not pleasant experience. The place is highly dated, you are staying very near other guests so it is not private at all. Kids loved bunk beds but could easily escape as they could easily reach the lock as there bedroom curtain is right next to the exit, was ok for one trip but wouldn’t return again

The room was extremely dusty with cobwebs also, my daughter was sneezing all night. I feel the room were only for in season as not been maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very confusing where to go as we arrived evening and you had to drive down to room after checking in. Feel like this is accommodation just for families staying at theme park. Bar was closed also due to a school trip.

The accommodation was fantastic, staff were really friendly and the price was really good. Staff were always on hand to help day and night and the atmosphere was very relaxed. It was nice to have a drink in the small bar and the kids appreciated the mini games room and gift shop. We went on the coldest day of the year so was a little bit of a shame the room had one storage heater that was controlled centrally by WiFi as in the morning we were cold but as soon as the staff were informed they instantly turned the heating back on for us. We will certainly go back in the summer months and stay again. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Poor don't stay. First of all, their map location on the hotels.com booking and Google is wrong. It takes you somewhere else. 2nd, they don't answer the phone. Apparently the number on the booking, even after you choose the menu options to speak to this hotel, doesn't ring them. 3rd the room is too hot, and it's only about 5c outside. 4th At pas 11pm there were other guests having a massive argument, shouting, swearing and crying while me and child were trying to sleep. Finally, this morning, found the mattress protector on the bed had dried blood on it, and hairs, that are definitely not ours. Do not recommend.
