Clean and spacious room.

I loved the Kozmo Hotel! The staff (Tommy, Zoltan, Christian and all of the other lovely staff) were amazing! I am a solo female traveler, and felt very well taken care of!

Our 4 day stay was excellent. Staff was very helpful, our room was clean and quiet, and we enjoyed the spa. The art and furnishings were eclectic and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Our unit is located in a historic building and just 1-3 blocks from several bus, tram and metro stops. It was clean and nicely decorated. It had a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig equivalent, and microwave. The bedroom is a loft upstairs with a very modern bathroom downstairs. We appreciated the availability of a washing/dryer machine and the included Netflix. A Budapest Rick Steves guide was available, which helped us plan our next day’s trip excursions.

We stayed here for 3 nights to escape the heat of Budapest, the resort is beautiful and well looked after. There is very little we could fault, the only exceptions was a rude man working at the spa who made us feel like we were interrupting his peace, and the automatic 15% service charge added whenever ordering anything from the spa. We asked for an icecream which they took from a freeze in the back room and yes 15% service charge added. The food was lovely for breakfast, and the dinner was good too, though the service was a bit slow, especially when you have children with you. Would definitely come back again though!
