Matrei am Brenner Vacation Packages

Room was not clean, bathroom has stains all over. The room that was given to use was near the entrance, so it was extremely noisy. The kettle in our room leaks, we called reception about it, they promised to bring it to us within 10 mins. But no one ever brought it to us during the entire stay. Extremely terrible service

We enjoyed everything about our stay from the gorgeous room (which we received a surprise upgrade), beautiful grounds, stunning views from the tower, helpful and friendly staff, fantastic meal at Gut Matzen, and breakfast. I loved exploring the castle, so much to see and discover!

A modern, comfortable, and pleasant hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The facilities are clean and well maintained, creating a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

It started off with the most super friendly and helpful receptionist who made us feel so welcome. Beautiful old building with lots of fantastic features. Lovely big room with kitchen facilities and stunning views. Super convenient location, free parking, great breakfast included in the price, we didn’t want to leave. Only quirky thing was the clear glass in the bathroom door with a perfect view of whoever might be sat on it. Hubby wasn’t keen but it just made me laugh and certainly didn’t ruin any enjoyment. One of our favourite stays this holiday, would definitely return xx
