A wonderful onsen hotel in the heart of downtown Matsue. Rooms have comfortable western beds and traditionally appointed amenities. The traditional onsen baths are a perfect way to end a day of sightseeing in Matsue

駅から少し離れた川沿いにあります。温泉には風呂の入り口に手を置く低い柱があったり、シャンプー、コンディショナーを選ぶことができるなど、利用者に優しい設計になっていました。 何より助かったのは、温泉浴場に設置された洗濯機が無料で使えたこと。入浴中に洗濯でき、乾燥機は20分100円と格安。長期旅行中だったので素晴らしいサービスだと思いました。 部屋も和風モダンなインテリアに裸足でも快適なフローリング、洗面所とトイレが離れているなど、間取りに工夫があります。 カウンターで働くスタッフの接客も丁寧で迅速。 また宿泊したいホテルです。

First time in Matsue, but fourth time staying in an Onyado Nono property. As with previous stays, shoes off at the entrance, and roll your suitcase wheels over cleaning mats. Then it's tatami matting throughout the hotel, lovely underfoot. Great decor, cosy bedroom, and the hot spring bath on the 11th floor is so relaxing - the outdoor bath has great views over the city. Highly recommended

It's a beautiful new onsen hotel in traditional Japanese style. Our room was well appointed. The foyer is lovely and the onsen area is wonderful. Would love to stay here again in the future.

チェックアウトする時にいらっしゃった支配人みたいな方が明るくてとても素敵な人でした｡ チェックアウトしてから近くのお堀クルーズに行きたかったので、荷物だけ預かってもらいたくお願いした時も、快くオッケーしていただきました。お堀クルーズの乗り場も丁寧に教えてくださり、楽しい旅になりました。施設も清潔で明るいし、朝食バイキングも豊富で美味しくて食べすぎてしまいました。おすすめホテルです！

L'endroit idéal pour une immersion japonaise
Un séjour que je qualifierais, une fois n'est pas coutume, de parfait, du check-in au check-out. Hotel de style ryokan, on laisse ses chaussures à l'entrée et on navigue en chaussettes ou pieds nus sur des tatamis. Chambre de style japonais très bien organisée, avec un lit ferme très confortable. Personnel très accueillant, efficace et aimable. Petit déjeuner buffet avec des produits japonais ou plus occidentaux, au choix et à volonté. Ramen offertes la nuit. Cerise sur le gâteau : des bains magnifques. Tout ça pour un prix raisonnable.

チェックアウトぎりぎりまで利用していたが、 自動精算機のやり方が分からず手間取っていたがスタッフが全くこえをかけてくれなかった。 立地がよく，松江城まで行けたのはとても良かったです。
