Great stay in Matsuyama
Everything was very clean and nice. There was a very good selection of Japanese breakfast items and great views from the eating area. The staff was very welcoming and there was one person that spoke good English to help with questions. The room was a little small, but very clean and comfortable. Hotel is located right in the center of the downtown area and a very short walk from the okaido shopping area. Easy access to lots of different food and shops.

위치 최고 !
위치가 오카이도 중심에 있어서 마쓰야마 성. 반스이소. 사카노우에노쿠모 등 가볍게 걸어다닐 수 있고, 쇼핑하기도 식당을 찾기도 편함. 직원들도 매우 친절하며 룸 청소 상태도 깨끗하고 침대도 안락함. 대욕장 청소상태도 매우 만족함. 다만 대욕장을 갈때 룸 수건을 가지고 가야하는 번거로움이 있고, 룸 화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 나서 탈취제를 계속 뿌리고 환풍기를 틀어 놓아야 함.

Nice place to stay, with great connections to the tram, very close to the castle ropeway, museums and shōtengai full of shops and places to eat. The only thing that would make it even better is having a parking on-site, but there are many convenient options nearby (you would be able to leave your car for 5 minutes in one of the two drop-off places on the back entrance to leave your luggage on the lobby on the top floor and get directions to the associated parkings). The onsen on the top floor was super nice and having views of the castle from the lobby and our room were some of the highlights of the stay

Very very dirty and bad conditions in the room.
The condition is bad, very very dirty. We paid USD190 and it not worth this price. The air conditioner only on or off cannot chose the temperture, no bottle water offer but other hotels do it in trip. need to walk 10 mins to public car park. The bed is dirty no cover for the blanet. Feel very not comfortable in this hotel . We will not stay again in this hotel group's hotel in the future.
