There is a shuttle to the original Dogo Onsen. Perhaps not as many food choices as accustomed to in other parts of Japan—but adequate. Staff was wonderfully customer service-oriented.

道後温泉から送迎バスもあり便利でした。お風呂も種類があってアルカリ温泉でしっとりしてとても良かった。また利用したいです。

母の誕生日旅行で利用しました！夕食は外で食べたので、部屋でお祝いするためにホテルでケーキを頼んだらローソク、マッチ棒、ナイフ、お皿全て用意してあり嬉しかったです！母も喜んでました。部屋にあるマッサージ機も嬉しいポイントでした笑あと脱衣所、お風呂がとても綺麗でした！いろいろな種類のシャンプーもありました。
