Unsafe to go there. Very dirty, sheets with stains on them, garbage on the floor, garbage everywhere. I didn't take the breakfast for safety reason. Such a place is a total disrespect for travelers

The rooms doesn't have any bedroom slippers and they were not in stock of toothpaste and other standard items for a hotel of this status and cost.

The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom.

Stayed two weeks. Apartment was clean and quiet upon arrival. Amenities were present as stated. Safe/secure location. Host/owner was friendly. Unit is up spiral metal stairs as well as both bedrooms within unit are upstairs, while both bathrooms are downstairs. This is not a useful floor plan layout and should be explicitly communicated on the posting. I traveled with a person whom struggled with stairs and they were forced to sleep on the futon couch/bed downstairs. Stove gas tank ran out quickly and tank was replaced quickly. One of three A/C units did not work the entire stay. Once upstairs first bedroom is open and one must walk through to entire second room; another layout flaw. Overall, I possibly would not stay here again do to the layout of the unit provided.

When I paid, they charged me 157,904 Guyanese dollars. This amount, at the official exchange rate, was around 760 U.S. dollars on the day I paid. However, according to my reservation on Hotels.com, the price should have been around 730 U.S. dollars. There is a significant difference between the amount of my reservation and what I actually paid. In addition, my room was not cleaned every day that I stayed. I do not recommend this hotel.

The room was clean upon entering. The staff was mighty helpful with information I needed in regards to the building. The breakfast was available if I wanted to use there services.
