SCARY Night!!! A cold that we have NOT been able to sleep and at 4am my son doesn't stop coughing!!! The noise that enters our room is UNBEARABLE!!! I've been awake for hours and this can't be endured!!! What a horrible decision to stay here. I haven't slept ANYTHING!!! Also, after calling the reception, they send someone at about 11am when my dad was already asleep to see the air conditioning. What a disaster!!! I'm desperate spending a night of torture!!!

It is a walkable hotel near the city plaza. Also, you will find the church, restaurants, ice cream parlors and the famous Ricomini Bakery (since 1915, Artisanal Roll Cake. Near Mayaguez you will find other interesting cities like Hormigueros, Añasco and Rincón.

Great accomodations but need better ADA

Great room very comfortable. Only a couple of comments- need better access for people with limited mobility such as a ramp to enter hotel and closer elevators to the room. Also, the room was freezing so we called the front desk but there was no way to regulate the temperature.
