Getaway weekend.

First room was bad. Ceiling dirty, seemed mold due to CA hitting directly with very low temp and humidity very high. Changed to a suite that was very good.

Easy check in and check out, friendly staff. Room and bathroom are a bit small but we managed it. Hotel very clean and im good conditions. Walkable to Mayaguez Plaza, and restaurants.

Very overrated Hotel, feels more like a Motel. The toilet was clogged and had paper in it when we arrived at the room. Hair was visible all around the room floor which did not have carpet, but cold ceramic tiles. We asked to be moved to a clean room, but were told the hotel was full, even though we did not see anyone at the lobby, reception counter and only one couple at the bar area. While we had a drink at he bar, we were told that the room was cleaned and good to go. Once we went back to the room, the toilet paper was removed from the bowl, but the toilet was still clogged. I definitely do not recommend the hotel if you are used to staying at moderate or higher end hotels, but if you like Motels, then it might be for you.
