Came in for a few day to visit friends in near by Ohio. Upon check in first room was not properly cleaned and linens on bed were stained. Brought to staff attention and due to time I arrived only option was to give us another room. Asked for mon smoking room but room we got transferred too had cigarette burns all over top of bath tub. Lots of road noise. Definitely will do better research next time.

The room was dirty when I arrived. It was clear the floors weren't cleaned and neither was the tub. The tub didnt drain water and when I requested that it get looked at the staff ignored me. I requested it a second time and their attempt to fix it did nothing. The tub still barely drained. On top of this, for the first couple of days of my 16 night stay I had the do not disturb sign on my door. When I was ready for housekeeping to clean the room I removed it from the door. Multiple days went by where my room was ignored. When I went to the front desk about it I was told that I need to notify them when I want my room cleaned so they can tell housekeeping. I've never stayed at a hotel where that's the case. Overall the service is poor and the room is not worth the price in its current condition.

I only booked this hotel for the pool option so I was frustrated that it wasn’t open. I was told that there was a problem with the key reader but someone else told me it hadn’t been open in two days. I would have appreciated a straight answer the first time I asked. On top of this the tv in my room did not seem to work.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke with a “this is a no smoking room” placard clearly displayed. Hot/Cold water tap was backwards in the shower. Toilet paper holder was not fixed to the wall- just loosely fitted and fell out every time grabbing tp.

Room was neglected. Shower had streaks where soap scum was partly cleaned. The door had a half inch crack when door locked from floor to ceiling. The odor was incredibly bad. The check in person didn't evwn offer a room exchange when we let them know. It was so bad we gave up our money and left within 2 hours of arriving and found another place to stay.

Old and a bit down at the heels

This is clearly an old property. Some things were updated and some were not. Bathroom facilities were so-so, bed was a bit saggy, office chair in terrible shape, TV wasn't working. But it was clean, had electronic entry, sufficient outlets and USB ports. Location had lots of traffic noise. No elevator for upper floors.

This place was filthy. The actual building is run down but its not completely unexpected in a small town. But even if the place is old or doesn't have the best amenities it shoukd at least be clean. But not this place. Immediately upon entering the room, you could tell the floor was not clean, the corners had dust and bugs. The sheets wrr actually dirty with shoe marks and the towels were stained and possibly dirty. We asked the front desk to replace and she brough the sheets and clean towels for us and a while later housekeeping came and changed the sheets. But even the replacmeent towels were stained. Walls were filthy, curtain and bathroom curtain moldy. We had no other choice but to stay and request that they clean the room and we tried to sanitize with lysol. I will never stay here again.

People screaming , beating on our door, people running around until 3 am. They also smoked pot outside our door. Found the butts on the ground infront of our door the next morning with a terrible smell of pot around our door. We complained to manangement 3 times to no avail. Nothing was done to stop them. Will never stay at that property again. Room had walls dirty, lamps were rusted as was the drain in the bathroom. Lack of concern by staff about the noise and disturbance. Would never recommend this property to anyone. We should have a refund.

The ac unit leaked so water on the floor, pool was out of order, staff was no where to be seen when checking in waiting 20 minutes. Walls were dingy. Room was non smoking but stank of smoke.
