I go to Mazatlan a few times a year. We usually go to a different hotel each time. We like to see what they offer like amenities, location, view. This place is by far the best. Staff was super nice, rooms were great and the view was pretty awesome. No more staying at other hotels when we visit there. Would recommend to everyone I know.

Unreasonably asked to leave the hotel by GM

I was unexpectedly escorted out of the hotel by the general manager of the hotel. He claimed, I behaved inappropriately with one of the hotel employees. I explained the situation and was told that I needed to leave the premises. It was a total abuse of authority and a humiliating situation.
