Room was advertised wrong (hotel blames Expedia). Entire hotel smelled like mildew. Pullout bed had used sheets covered in human hair and a mattress covered in dark stains. Air conditioning did not blow into the bedroom.

Parking lot smelled of rotting flesh, I’m not sure if it was the dumpster or something in the back of a car, it was super bad, staff at check in was friendly, room was ok, but I wasn’t expecting much at the price point, bath tub was dirty with mildew on the tub drain, I had to scrub it off so I could take a bath, the bed was ok, but the pillows were super flat. Kitchen had 0 items in it, you have to ask for everything at the front. Breakfast was grab & go granola, oatmeal, muffins. Again for the price it was ok.

Great value for a studio suite

Just as I have had mostly good experiences during extended stays at other Extended Stay America properties in years past, my recent single-night stay at this location was quite satisfactory and provided a great value for the money. The room was ample, with a kitchenette that included an apartment-size refrigerator and freezer, as well as a 2-burner electric cooktop and a microwave oven. It even had a dishwasher, like at pricier extended-stay hotels like Residence Inn and Homewood Suites! Had I been making an extended stay, I would have requested dishes, silverware, cookware, etc., which were available on request but not kept in the room on an ongoing basis. The bed was comfortable and the bath met my expectations, except that the sink had a very slow drain, which backed up any time I used it, not just when I deployed the stopper to shave in the morning. I brought the issue to the staff's attention, but it was Saturday morning then, and the maintenance personnel would not be on duty again until Monday, two days after my departure. Nevertheless, I subsequently received word that a work order had been submitted, as I suggested. The "grab and go" breakfast provided a quite limited range of offerings, which were adequate for one morning but would be less so for extended stays, in which circumstance buying groceries and eating breakfast in one's room would be more satisfactory. In summary, I was quite satisfied overall by my experience during this stay.

We found staff super pleasant and had a wonderful first day. Second day dealt with 2 roaches in the room. So in all fairness I would have to say that bugs can come in via people's luggage or even from places next door so if the motel can do some maintenance extermination we would rate this a great hotel. Other than the two bugs, the rooms were clean, beds comfy, staff great and definitely fair prices

The room they gave me was dirty. There was hair and other things on the pillow and sheets. They gave me a different room that looked like they at least had clean sheets. I stayed in this hotel a few times a few years ago and it was pretty nice. Overall it is very dirty looking now, the walls , doors, carpet,etc.
