The room was really clean and well stocked. We got there early and they put us in a room before check in time. We had just got off a 8hr flight. This was very much appreciated!!
Understaffed at the check in counter, at check in time, on a Saturday that kicks of a major holiday week, is not proper planning. This creates a bottle neck and unnecessarily long lines and disgruntled guests at the start of their stay. Could have been easily avoided. Breakfast was ok.
My reservation was arriving Friday and leaving on Sunday. I called on Friday (they say we were supposed to arrive) to tell the property I will be arriving until Saturday and asked to hold my reservation. I arrived on Saturday to try to check in and my room was no longer available. Front desk and management were kind to find us a room in another property but the experience was truly uncomfortable. Not what we expected from a trustworthy hotel chain as Best Western.
The hotel was better than I expected. Besides the loud guests, I had no specific issues with the hotel and the accommodations itself. I would recommend others to stay and I would stay here again.
