First, let me say I am not a picky traveler. This weekend we drove 12 hrs to arrive to a room I felt was unsatisfactory. When I checked in, I asked the gentleman if we could have housekeeping to come clean our room the next day.... that did not happen. Once we got to our room, we noticed heavy rust on the fire sprinkler, mold/mildew on the shower head, white stains (I don't want to imagine from what) on the couch and stains on the carpet. Since our room was not clean, I had to go get towels from the front desk. I told the lady at the desk about my concerns. Although she was nice, she really didn't show any concern about correcting the issues like offering to have someone come clean the areas that were disgusting or offer us another room. This was very disappointing especially being a Wyndham Rewards member. It looks worse in person than what the attached pictures show.

The service here is bad. Hot water only works sometimes, door keys only work sometimes, nasty mold in coffee maker tray. Room was not turned down so we were left with no clean towels or coffee and i was told it was my fault for not requesting it. The hotel checked me out after 1 night on my 2 night stay and locked us out of our room. This was my fault for some reason again, even though i spoke to the front desk upon my arrival and was assured my reservation was for 2 days. Battery in the room door lock went bad. I had to go to the front desk 3 times on a 2 day stay, and every time it was never their fault. we won’t be returning to this hotel.

I was in room 157, which is located right next to what i think was a machine room. Was bot able to sleep at all, lots of noise and the room had a very weird smell, I had to get an air freshner because I could not stand the smell. Dont think Ill be staying here again.

The lighting is perfect in these rooms. The room was a little small and bathroom was tiny but nice. The room we got was right next to a service door so it was a little loud. Will return next time i will just ask for something not by a door. Very clean and felt great otherwise.

When we arrived right before four, we were told that we were going to be put in first floor when we requested a balcony room so I said I’d rather not and then we were told that we would have to come back 30 minutes to be able to get that room we asked for key in there he said no he wouldn’t give us one because he didn’t want us to go to the room so we had to wait! I felt like it was just unprofessional when everything was prearranged so in the past, I’ve always requested early arrival this time I did not so there was no reason that my room shouldn’t have been ready, but it was the fact that he denied us the key and letting us know that he wouldn’t give it to us on the basis that we would go to the room that was uncomfortable!

Such a beautiful property and most of the staff was so welcoming and friendly. There was one girl with short red hair who was very standoffish. However, our server for the breakfast buffet more than made up for that experience; he was excellent and made the visit that much better! The room was spacious and comfortable even though there was no central light. The parking garage felt safe enough, I had no issues getting in or out.

Parking was TERRIBLE!!! Only a second floor space accessible only by a one-way ramp. VERY POORLY lit parking garage. 3/4 elevators were not in service which required much walking to get anywhere. The signage was also much to be desired. The passkeys were very difficult to use. I am surprised that Wyndham let its name be place on this hotel.
