Beautiful and Elegant

Property was beautiful and walking distance to two 5 star restaurants (Salt and Philly 77) as well as a food truck park with live music. Had a great shirt trip! Will definitely stay again in the future. Getting in/out parking garage was scary with minimal space for 2-way traffic but easy to overlook for properties beauty. Private balcony was amazing. Also loved the double sinks separate from the other!

Stayed here to take engagement photos, had always been curious of the place. I liked it here, enjoyed taking photos here. Would come again. People who stay here are a good crowd. Bar is good, pool area nice, with a pool net for water volleyball. Missed out on eating at restaurant, the food trucks are across the street and offer good options at cheap price. Nice park across the street. Thumbs up :)

Property in Terrible Shape

Photos can be misleading—the property was in terrible condition, with broken doors, damaged walls, and an overall neglected appearance. As soon as we arrived, we canceled our room due to loud music blaring in the hallways. It felt more like a residence than a hotel. I felt extremely uncomfortable being there with my kids. There were men walking around outside with beer, pacing back and forth, which made the atmosphere feel unsafe and unsettling. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

On point

Staycation ! Love this charming hotel. Valley resident here, but live a distance and if I have to stay in McAllen Las Palmas is The only place I like to stay. Comfortable beds, updated decor, clean rooms, friendly staff, right on Main Street. What more could you ask for? Oh and I forgot to mention the breakfast is always on point.

Our room was upgraded to a suite since what we chose was no lt available. Room was not as described by front desk, the fooor we stayed in was supposed to be the quietest which it was not. We requested a late checkout that was scheduled for 1pm, by 11:45am they were calling the room to see if we were leaving. Only good thing about the hotel was the location & convenient area for dinning options.
