Excellent Customer service. I had called in the morning and spoke to Jazmine from the front desk, who was extremely helpful and understanding. We had a wedding to get dressed for that started at 3 PM on Saturday, October 12, 2024, and we were worried because the check-in is at 3 o’clock, but Jasmine was able to allow us to check in early and took a big load off our worries. We were able to get ready and get to our friend’s wedding on time. We were so grateful.

Our vehicle was stolen from the parking lot. When staff was informed they seemed unbothered by the news. Took the office manager a long time to provide or share video details. I definitely will not be back.
